Turns out the Hooters in Lake Union was having a swimsuit contest on my gal’s birthday. I stopped by for a quick beer. What do you know, it was the National contest. That evening I followed the girls to the Tacoma and Lynnwood locations and then through Oregon for the next 4 days.
Well, I missed my gals birthday by 5 days. I told her that I use the Shire Calender from “Lord of the Rings,” so we should celebrate today. She didn't go for it and I have since learned that when I am up the creek to ask for help.
